A36/Q235/S235JR Carbon Steel Coil

ST37 steel is a low carbon steel with excellent weldability and is commonly used in various industrial applications such as construction, manufacturing, and transportation. Low carbon steel has a carbon content of less than 0.30%, which allows for good weldability without the need for preheat or post-weld heat treatment. S235JR is a European standard non alloy structural steel, which is equivalent to the national standard Q235B, that is, carbon structural steel with low carbon content. It is widely used for welding, bolting and riveting structures. It can also be used for building, bridge, ship, vehicle structural parts, manufacturing various tools, cutting tools, molds and measuring tools.
SPCE steels can be drawn to a greater depth and more flexibly as compare to SPCD steels. SPCE steels are deep drawing quality cold rolled steels, which are consumed for drawing applications.This material is valid for drawing operation where the depth of the drawn part exceeds its diameter. The appropriate thickness for this SPCE material as demarcated in the JIS G3141 starts from 0.25 mm to 2.5 mm. However the width of SPCE material ranges to 2000 mm.
Q195 Cold Rolled Steel is a Chinese plain carbon structural steel, yield strength: 195 MPa, tensile strength: 315-430 MPa, material density: 7.85 g/cm3. “Q” is the first letter of Chinese spelling of “qu fu dian”, the translation is “Yield Point” or “Yield Strength”, “195” is indicates the unit value “195 MPa”.
