Project Overview: At solar power stations in the Middle Eastern desert, the ground surface is exposed to intense heat during the summer, causing standard steel mounting structures to oxidise and deform, which affects the installation accuracy of the solar panels. The two parties have collaborated to develop aluminium alloy mounting profiles suitable for high-temperature, arid environments.
Product Specifications: Modified 6061-T6 aluminium alloy, with a heat resistance of 180°C and a tensile strength of 265 MPa.
Scope of Collaboration: Customisation of the alloy formulation, mass production of extruded profiles, and provision of technical solutions for anti-corrosion surface treatment.
